Andrea, Step 5 is complete—the final IFC master and review models are ready.
Completed
- The RSHP office fit-out, with 18 named spaces and 403 interior elements, based on the furnished plan. Its Level 14 placement is inferred from the section.
- Both side stair cores, comprising 232 flights. Stair openings were added to 52 slabs, and 98 crossing secondary beams were adjusted.
- Final model checks covering 15,771 represented elements within the 16,486-element model.
Verification
All represented geometry generated successfully. Basic IFC checks found no schema issues, duplicate identifiers or missing storey assignments. The final audit took approximately 2 minutes 13 seconds. I also inspected the interior plan and cutaway.

Important: this remains an image-based reconstruction, not a surveyed as-built or coordinated design. Other tenant fit-outs, basements and hidden services are not modelled;
